Orders are confirmed after the pharmacy reviews product availability, stock, current prices, delivery details, and any required customer follow-up.

Manual payment verification

InstaPay and mobile-wallet orders require accurate sender details and a clear proof screenshot or file before fulfillment can continue.

Cash on delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders remain pending until the courier or pharmacy representative collects the amount due.

Product information

Catalog information is maintained carefully, but customers should follow pharmacist or physician guidance for medical use, dosage, allergies, and contraindications.
